The event will begin at 1:00pm and will conclude at 3:00pm, set up will be as early as 11:00AM.
We are asking your business, agency, or organization to participate in decorating a trunk!
The Castle Rock Lions Club is hosting a FREE Halloween Dance in the Green 4H Exhibit Building on the Adams County Fairgrounds from 1:30 to 3:30 pm!
Decorate the trunk of your/business/organization’s car/truck with any (age appropriate) theme you want! Be on premises to supervise your space and hand out treats to those participating. Treats may include anything from health treats, candy, business paraphernalia (toothbrushes, pens, etc.) Alcohol is prohibited.
Booth spaces are 10' x 10'
Members/Investors are $30.00
Non-Members/Investors are $50.00
EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL: If you register before September 18th you can save 20%
If you need more than one trunk space you will need to pay for extra booth. Payment received from the trunks goes strictly towards advertisement, i.e. yard signs, social media blasts, banners, etc.
