Under the Oversight of the Visit Adams County Board of Directors
The Tourism Promotion Commission exists to advise and guide the strategic use of local room tax dollars to support tourism promotion and economic development throughout Adams County, WI. The TPC ensures that expenditures align with community goals, municipal agreements, and Visit Adams County’s mission.
The Visit Adams County Board of Directors retains ultimate authority and fiduciary responsibility.
How the commission works
- The commission is advisory in nature and reports regularly to the Visit Adams County board.
- Recommendations related to tourism promotion and room-tax-supported marketing go to the board for final approval.
- Members serve staggered two-year terms to support continuity and local representation.
- Written reports and recommendations are presented during scheduled board meetings.
