Morning Movement at Casacampo
Start your day with a gentle, all-abilities morning movement session followed by a blended yogalates practice on the barn lawn near the ranch lounge. The first 30 minutes focus on light stretch and body-movement exercises suitable for participants of every age and fitness level, then a 30-minute yogalates segment mixes yoga poses and Pilates principles to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Instructors guide the class from the ranch entrance to the lawn for a calm outdoor start to your morning.
If you are a casacampo lodging guest staying at our farmhouse or the bunkhouse the Morning movement portion is included. Which runs 8:30-9:00am after which you will then be guided to your next activity.
