Join us for our one and only hike in August! We will be venturing to Roche-a-Cri State Park. Roche-A-Cri State Park, established in 1948, protects a 300-foot-high rock outcropping and Native American petroglyphs and pictographs. The name "Roche-A-Cri" comes from French words meaning "screaming rock." We will be hiking the Mound Trail via Prairie Trailhead which is a 2.3 mile loop. The staircase up to the lookout might still be closed due to the fire that they had last year.
