SUMMARY:Harvest Dinner
LOCATION:Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church\, 243 N Linden St\, Adams
DESCRIPTION:A NEW TRADITION WITH AN OLD-FASHIONED FEEL! Immanuel Lutheran C
hurch in Adams invites you to our 1st Annual Harvest Dinner! We're trying
something a little different this year while bringing back something we've
missed since before COVID — sitting down together and sharing a meal wi
th our community! Our Harvest Dinner will take the place of our traditiona
l Thanksgiving Dinner. While we've loved serving our community on Thanksgi
ving\, we realized that bringing back a sit-down meal requires a few more
helping hands. By choosing a different date\, we're hoping to make it easi
er for our wonderful volunteers to join us and help make this gathering po
ssible. After all\, there's something special about gathering around a tab
le\, sharing a delicious meal\, enjoying good conversation\, and giving th
anks for the blessings we've been given. Please join us for a traditional\
 , home-cooked dinner with all the fixin's! Good food\, good fellowship\, a
nd a warm welcome for everyone! THIS DINNER IS FREE TO ALL! There is absol
utely no cost to attend. A freewill offering will be gratefully accepted f
rom those who are able and wish to give\, but it is never expected. Whethe
 r you can give a little\, a lot\, or nothing at all\, **there's a place fo
r you at our table!** **WE COULD USE YOUR HELP!** It takes many hands to m
ake a dinner like this happen! If you'd like to volunteer your time\, we'd
love to have you. Please reach out to the church to see how you can help.
After all\, many hands make light work! We're excited to bring back the f
ellowship of a sit-down community dinner\, and we hope you'll join us as w
e begin this new tradition! "Serve one another humbly in love." — Galati
