ADAMS COUNTY SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK
Adams County's newest Industrial Park is located in the Town of Jackson. There are about 75 acres available at this location.
One of the best features of the South Industrial Park is its proximity to major roadways. Besides being located on a major highway, this park is only a few minutes from State Road 13, and only a couple miles from Interstates 39/51 and 90/94. This makes it easy for businesses to bring in and send out shipments, and makes this location a dream come true for any business that wants to maximize efficiency.

ALPINE VILLAGE BUSINESS PARK
 At the northern end of Adams County, you'll find the Alpine Village Business Park, located in the Town of Rome. This business/industrial park is absolutely gorgeous and is set up dor use by the entire community.
Alpine Village is approximately 240 acres and is comprised of retail, light industrial, and commercial districts.
Located on State Road 13, this park offers a great location, a beautiful setting, and everything else that a new or expanding business could want.

CITY OF ADAMS WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK
 On the west side of the City of Adams, you will find the first of the City's two industrial parks.
This park offers approx. 33 acres and is located right in the city for businesses that need to be close to everything.
The West Industrial Park has all the same advantages as any normal industrial park, while giving businesses the added convenience of being about 4 bolcks off main street, and close to any outside resources.

CITY OF ADAMS SOUTH INDUSTRIAL PARK
 The City of Adams is also proud to offer the 28 acres that are available in the City's South Industrial Park.
This industrial park is located on State Road 13 and will give any business choosing to locate here great exposure. This is the newest industrial park in the City of Adams and can be configured to suit just about any and all business needs.
The City of Adams South Industrial Park has easy access to everything as it is less than a mile from town and could possibly have rail access.
